How to Download Your Glucose Sensor, Smartwatch and CPAP Reports

Every step in this guide comes from the device maker's own help page or user guide, linked under each device. Menus change between app versions and countries, so if a button has moved, the linked page is the place to check. Read on 7 November 2026.
The devices many people live with, a glucose sensor, a watch, a blood pressure cuff, a CPAP machine, record far more than any clinic visit. Most of them can turn that record into a short PDF report: a few pages that summarise weeks or months of readings. That report is exactly the kind of evidence research rarely gets, because it shows daily life rather than a single appointment.
On CureCircle, you add a report to your health story the same way as a lab result or a letter: upload the PDF, or a photo or screenshot of it. The AI reads it into your own medical file as one record, and counts the days it covers. A 14-day glucose report counts as 14 days of glucose sensor data, worth about $3.43 a day on the public benchmark; a month of watch or CPAP data counts as 30 days of device data, about $1.00 a day. Files can be up to 4 MB.
Glucose sensors
Dexcom (Clarity)
On the web at clarity.dexcom.com:
- Open any report and click the download icon at the top of the page.
- Choose a date range (the most recent number of days, or your own dates) and click OK.
- Tick the reports you want (the Overview or AGP Report is a good start).
- Click Save Report. You get a PDF.
In the Dexcom Clarity app: tap Reports, choose 2, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, tap the reports you want, tap View Reports, then use the icons at the top to save or email them. The separate Export button makes a CSV file of raw readings, which is not what you need here. Source: Dexcom Clarity user guide.
FreeStyle Libre (LibreView)
- Sign in at libreview.com. After an upload you land on My Glucose History.
- Click Glucose Reports.
- If you want, change the report end date or settings and click Save.

The Health app can also export PDFs of your medication list, cycle history and hearing test; its Export All Health Data option makes a large data archive, not a report, so it is not the file to upload.

Other devices
Garmin Connect can turn ECG recordings, Health Snapshot sessions and blood pressure readings into PDFs, but Garmin's own help pages do not name the buttons, so look for a share or download option on the recording itself. For any device without a report, a clear screenshot of a summary screen (a week or month view, with its dates visible) is the next best thing: the AI reads the period from it.
What to add, and what it is worth
- Pick reports that state their dates. The AI counts the days a report covers from the period it shows, so a report with a clear date range counts in full.
- Longer is better. A 90-day glucose report or a quarter of CPAP data says more than a single day, and it counts every day it covers.
- Your story gives the readings their meaning. A month of readings on its own tells research little; joined to your condition, your treatments and how you felt, it is real-world evidence. See what that is worth for type 1 diabetes, sleep apnoea, atrial fibrillation or high blood pressure.
Your reports are yours: you read the de-identified summary before anything is shared, and you can delete any document from your medical file at any time. Is it safe to share your health data?
