A few taps on the basics, then an AI interviewer asks about what only you know: each treatment you tried, how long, and how well it worked. Type or speak.

The AI writes your story up. You check it, confirm each rating, and add lab results or doctor's letters if you have them.

Research labs license de-identified stories, and you earn a share each time yours is included. You also see what worked for others with your condition.

Moved country? Your records did not.
Your vaccinations are in one clinic’s system, your lab results in another’s portal, and the next doctor starts from zero. Ask for copies, upload them, and the AI reads each one into a single file that is yours: lab values, vaccinations, diagnoses and medications. Print it for any doctor, anywhere.

Consent per story
Nothing joins a research dataset until you have read your summary and said yes.
De-identified
No name, no email, no exact dates, no doctors or clinics. Nothing finer than your country.
Withdraw any time
Take a story back from your account and it is deleted and left out of every future dataset.
We keep what it says
Uploaded documents are read into your file and then discarded. The files themselves are never kept.
