For research labs
What patients tried, and what actually worked.
Clinical records say what was prescribed. Forums say what people are worried about. CureCircle collects what neither does: the whole journey, told by the patient in a structured AI interview, with every treatment rated by the person who tried it, and the lab results behind it.
What a record holds
One record is one person’s story about one condition. Every record is de-identified before it leavesCureCircle and every patient consented to research use, story by story.
- Condition
- Normalised across stories, with the patient's own wording kept
- Onset and symptoms
- How it started, how it showed up, how it affected daily life
- Diagnosis path
- Which specialists, which tests, how long it took, misdiagnoses
- Treatments
- Every medication, supplement, diet, therapy or change tried, with duration, dose and side effects
- Patient rating
- For each treatment: helped a lot, helped a bit, no effect or made it worse, set by the patient
- Outcome
- Recovered, improving, under control, ongoing or worse
- Timeline
- Key moments in order, as relative or month-level dates
- Records
- Lab values with units and reference ranges, vaccinations, diagnoses, medications, read from documents
- Context
- Age range at onset, sex, country
Consent you can rely on
Each patient reads their own summary, rates it and consents per story. A withdrawn story is left out of every future delivery.
Patients are paid
Contributors earn a share of every license that includes their story. Paid, motivated contributors finish the story, including the follow-up forums never get.
Licensed, not sold
Access is under a license that names the use and forbids re-identification. Cohorts by condition, outcome or treatment, delivered as structured files.
Request data access
Tell us what you are working on. We reply with what the dataset holds for your conditions of interest, sample records and how a license would work for your use.
